Delivery Policy

All our deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail UK.  We use tracked first class postage.  Whilst all orders that are placed before midday on a business day are delivered the next working day, from time-to-time, Royal Mail for operational reasons may have delays that affect the quoted delivery date, and 'Meteor' cannot be held liable for these delays.

Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your product, we are happy to refund you as long as the item is returned to undamaged.  The cost to return the item however will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Faulty or Damaged?

If your item was damaged or faulty, please contact us right away, so we can solve the issue with you by either, replacing it or refunding you.
